When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. When you use ARGUS, we store your bot configurations, trade history, and analytics data.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the ARGUS trading service. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties. Aggregated, anonymized trading patterns may be used to improve the platform's shared learning features (sector memory, pattern detection).

3. Data Storage

Account data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security ensuring you can only access your own data. Bot runtime data is stored on our servers. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3).

4. Third-Party Services

Supabase — Authentication and user data storage
Google OAuth — Sign-in (if you choose Google login)
Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection
Financial Modeling Prep — Market data (no personal data shared)

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access all data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and all associated data
Export your trade history

To exercise these rights, contact us or use the account deletion feature in Settings.

6. Cookies

ARGUS uses essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
