By accessing or using ARGUS ("the Service"), operated via argus-trade.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ARGUS is an AI-powered earnings trading analysis platform. The Service provides:

• Automated analysis of earnings events using AI sentiment and ML models
• Paper trading simulation (no real money at risk)
• Optional live trading integration via supported brokers
• Portfolio analytics, backtesting, and market intelligence

3. No Investment Advice

ARGUS does not provide investment advice. All analysis, scores, signals, and predictions are generated by automated algorithms and are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

4. Accounts & Subscriptions

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Max) are billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled per Stripe's standard dispute resolution process.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in illegal trading activity
• Share your account credentials or API keys with third parties
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the platform

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARGUS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stuttgart, Germany.
